Once you are a member, you can schedule a meeting directly with them through the VillageED meeting scheduler. You can also call them toll-free at 1-844-287-5836 or email them at SimpleSPED@excomweb.com. We are in the office Monday-Friday from 8:00AM - 5:30PM. If a specialist isn't immediately available, they will return your call within 24 hours.

You can call as often as you need, and your plan includes weekly one-on-one support sessions.

We can provide you with the support you need to attend the IEP meeting with confidence. We will provide you with a specially designed IEP and you may request that any updated goals or information be included in the IEP. Unfortunately, we do not have a direct relationship with the school, so we will not be able to join you physically in the meeting, but it will be like we are there with you!

Your child's confidential IEP is only accessible to the credentialed service providers who are supporting them.

We offer at home support for all IEP services including Speech and Language, Behavioral Support, and Occupational Therapy. Our therapists can help you to support extended learning at home and equip you with tools to help you support your child.

Our certified Behavioral Therapists will help you and your child with skills that include self-regulation, transition strategies, stress coping strategies and more. They will help you to create visual choice boards and schedules to support positive behavior modifications.

Your membership provides you and your family with unlimited access to lesson plans, activity ideas, worksheets and instructional videos that are organized by subject matter that will address both academic and social emotional learning needs. Whether you are looking for behavior management support or extension activities to support math literacy, you will find what you need quickly using our drop-down filters organized by content area and functional grade level. If you have questions, need guidance or support with any of the activities, give one of our specialists a call.

We are happy to support your family. The SPED Achievement plan is the same great price for each of your children. If you have two children on the plan, the cost is double.

Yes, and you are entitled to request an independent review by law. Simply give your specialist a call to schedule the assessment.

Your team of providers and your specialist will help you by assessing your child to determine which technology device best meets their needs. We will provide you with a recommendation that you can present to the IEP team as part of the as required under the assistive technology consideration mandate.

Your membership to the Plan provides you with access to Parent counseling and we are happy to support you and your family by providing you with some strategies to cope with the stressors that can impact you.

We can support you as you find representation, but we are not able to represent you directly in a Due Process Complaint.

Your Achievement Plan membership gives you access to our psychologists, and we can provide you with high-level support after observation, however we recommend that you begin with your child's teacher. They may have some ideas on how to support your child in the classroom and may want to consult with the school site psychologist. A diagnosis of ADHD can only come from a doctor and if you require more support than the school can provide, you will need to contact them.

After assessing your child and reviewing their current IEP, your specialist can work with you to establish goals that speak directly to the targeted needs of your child. You can then request that the IEP team include the new goals in their next IEP. As a parent, you are part of the IEP team and have the right to develop goals for your child.

Yes. We have a team of occupational therapists who you will have access to as part of your membership. They can help you to support fine motor skills development at home.
